By making a purchase on this website, you create a legally binding contract between you and us. You need to be at least 18 years old to do this. As soon as the order has been placed by you, we will send out a confirmation email to the address stated in your customer profile. It is your responsibility to provide a working address and to check the order confirmation to ensure that it is correct. It is important that you contact us immediately if you need to correct any details in your order. You can check the status of your order by looking at your account on the website at any time. As soon as the order has been shipped, a confirmation email is sent to you. Once the order has been delivered, it is complete.
Our prices include VAT, shipping and all our other charges. We ship anywhere in the world via post. If you want any kind of special shipping, we can do that but it will be charged to you. Shipping is always duty-free within the EU; if any duty is payable outside the EU then you will be responsible for that.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
We aim to deliver all orders within 10-21 working days from the date of the order. If you need fabric samples or a measure tape, we aim to get you those within 1 week.
As the clothes are made especially for you, we hope you won’t need to return them! If there are any problems, though, you can always send them back to us at:
